American Pale Ale : APA pours a deep amber color with brilliant clarity. There is a strong presence of citrus and pine from the late Cascade hops in the beer, with a light honey aroma. The overall flavor is a good balance between malty sweetness and moderate bitterness from the hops. Overall a well-balanced beer which is easily drinkable.
IPA: Pale to amber pour with stable foam head. Hop-forward aroma of grapefruit peel and light earthiness from the dry-hopping. Appropriately intense bitterness for the style with light contributions from the malt. Finishes lightly warm and leaves a lingering bitterness.
Session IPA: a refreshing lighter bodied ale that is dry hopped with lemon drop and citra hops creating a very citrus and lemon aroma. The Session IPA is a relatively bitter beer.
Czeck Style Pilsner: A classic golden lager beer, light in body with a pinpoint fine bitterness. In contrast to ales, that are fermented at warmer temperatures, this beer is fermented using a lager yeast fermenting slowly at cold temperatures and aged extensively. It features Hallertau hops from Germany and Saaz hops from the Czech Republic.
