The delivery fee is determined by several factors including location and proximity to our partner stores.
Please enter your postcode and the delivery fee is shown as you checkout before paying.
Delivery is free if the order value is over the minimum for your area.
Keep your eye out for seasonal promotions and delivery discounts.

Your groceries are always hand picked fresh in-store by our team of trained shoppers.
They are then delivered to your door by our delivery team or trusted partners.

At times, severe weather conditions like heavy rain or typhoon, can cause delays due to traffic or low visibility.
When this happens, we promise to keep you informed and deliver your order as soon as we can, with consideration of the safety of our delivery team
If you have not been informed and your order delivery is late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make things right for you.

Please try to ensure that someone is home to receive the order.
If no one is present to receive your order, the items will be left in your preferred delivery area.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the condition of perishables such as meat, frozen food and freshly prepared food if you are not there to receive your order.

You can reschedule orders from if your delivery is more than 2 hours away. Simply reply to your order confirmation.
An order can be rescheduled only 1 time. If you have already rescheduled your order once and realise that you can’t be at home to receive it we will leave your order at your preferred drop-off location.

You can place your order up to 7 days before delivery date.

We deliver everyday and you can choose the following time-slot: 8AM-12PM, 2PM-4PM, 4PM-6PM, 6PM-8PM, 7PM-9PM

For same-day delivery locations the earliest you can receive your order is within 2 hours by choosing the timeslot. Please choose the time-slot you would like your order delivered up to 7 days in advance.

You will receive a coupon code after you sign up here. Enter the coupon when checking out and you will have ¥2,000 yen taken off the total price. Please note that this coupon is only valid for one person per delivery address.
